UI: Admin panel
Reference for the admin panel surfaces — organizations, users, roles, billing, invoicing, payments, public-site CMS, system tags, audit log, and more.
The admin panel (admin.kaminari.ad) is for Kaminari Ad operators, not
end-customer organizations. Access is gated by admin.* permissions.

- Dashboard — platform-wide stats (orgs, users, scans, campaigns).
- Organizations — list, pending approvals, create, detail, and per-org billing.
- Users — cross-org user list and detail (impersonate, role, active flag).
- Roles — role list and permission editor.
- Policy Sets — the policy-set moderation queue, with an All view over every set across organizations. Each row shows the owning organization, rule count and how many live campaigns use the set; actions publish, unpublish, approve or reject it.
- Public Site — marketing CMS (hero blocks, pricing tiers, featured items). Documentation articles are managed under the Documentation area.
- Billing — subscription plans catalog; Bank requisites. A per-org billing page changes that organization's plan, either at once or queued for the end of the period or a date inside it, and cancels a queued switch.
- Invoices — admin invoice management.
- Payment sessions — monitor PSP sessions.
- LLM analytics / calls — telemetry dashboards and per-call detail.
- System Tags / System Combos / Tag Grants — system tag metadata and grants.
- Audit log — cross-org audit events.
- Admin Team — manage admin users.
Each section follows the same list -> detail/edit pattern with status badges and confirmation dialogs for destructive actions.
